Customers have the right to cancel any order up to 3 working days after placing it to receive a refund. If the product/item is faulty or defective you must return it to us unused and in its original packaging within 30 days. Please contact our customer service team via telephone or e-mail as shown on our Contact Us page for a returns code number. You must obtain this code before returning any product to us as we cannot process your return without it. We cannot be held responsible for any items lost in transit when returning them to us, so we recommend you send items back by recorded/special delivery.
